In ten varied cover songs, Peter blends folk, classical, and jazz

into straightforward and unique style. He studied at the New England conservatory of Music and went on to perform Jazz with the Mark Harvey Octet both in churches and on WBUR FM radio. Peter has been featured in the “New Faces” night at Club Passim in Cambridge Ma., as well as featured sets at Club Passim and the Center for the Arts at Natick.

Peter thinks nothing of mixing Mozart with Randy Newman, or throwing in a theme from an Italian movie next to a Broadway showstopper. His music is always surprising. He likes to “collect” pianos to play, such as a riverside restaurant in Exeter New Hampshire, or at the Inn at Weston Vermont, or by sneaking into Harvard. Here’s what Peter’s fellow musicians have to say about his work:

“Peter's music comes from the heart and from there it soars. Watch him and hear him perform and you realize you are seeing a man who cares deeply about his music and his world... And you should see this guy dance. - Tom Driscoll singer songwriter.

“Peter Neuendorffer offers memorable and touching imagery with a true musicians intricacy and precision”- Sam Bayer, musician and circuit chronicler.

“Peter Neuendorffer represents the living, breathing folk tradition. He is a collector of great songs, and recasts them in a straightforward, seat of his pants performance. His original material is often funny, sometimes poignant and always infused with a lonesome kind of honesty." - Club Passim
